A servant leadership make sure his focus is based on the well being of the sheep/employees, his main objective on employees is to take good care of the employee, we can also said they work on behalf of God there major focus will be on the taking care of employees need ahead of their self .
The word SERVANT has identity the difference between a bosses and a servant leadership
. A BOSS 🙌 will always push their employees to work based on agreement before getting the job from them with limited pay they control their employees schedules of work
. A SERVANT LEADERSHIP will have to pull their employees taking care of them is like working on behalf of God getting direction and pay from GOD because you don’t just choose yourself to be a servant leadership you’ve to hear from God through his voice..remember when moses couldn’t achieve the promise of God by leading the Israelite to the promise land ..Joshua was ordain to lead the Israelite to the promise land by crossing the river of Jordan meanwhile Joshua wasn’t aware this until the day of event when some eyes witness and moses was beside him to make him a leader irrespective of any age GOD can make you a leader A SERVANT leadership has gotten someone to account for and they must make sure its perfect and get directions pathway from GOD
A BOSS has once suffered and sacrifice 🙌 with pain and adapt in focusing to be his or her own boss they can treat the employees anyhow they account for theirself no one to blame them infact they’ve full control on there employees, base on written agreement before getting the job the employees need to adapt with it

3. HEALING : Effective servant leadership understands the important of fixing problems before moving on a particular goals for a project example maybe their last project suffered a setback before going for another projects the servant must fixed that dispute on whatever its

SELF AWARENESS : Effective servant leadership they always get the awareness of themselves and team self awareness is ability to look at yourself thick deeply about your emotions and behaviour and consider how they affect the people around you they always make sure they’ve understand each of them according to their behaviour

8.COURAGE : You must have the courage or condition to decide because you’ve not sent yourself the courage will just come directly from God it take courage to be a leader and confident even thou you seen your missing the road you must courageous that who sent you will surely make it right
9.INTEGRITY: Servant Leaders have integrity. In other words, they express what they believe (reflecting honesty) and what they feel (reflecting authenticity). They don’t hide or misrepresent their thoughts and feelings. They don’t exaggerate. They don’t lie.

FORESIGHT:Foresight is a characteristic that enables the servant leader to understandthe lessons from the past, the realities of the present, and the likely consequence of adecision for the future. It is also deeply rooted within the intuitive mind.With an authentic foresight, the leaders can accurately design success scenarios and approve its credibility in advance, without this vision there is the risk of missing out on lucrative opportunities. It helps in focusing and allocating resources on important aspects according to their strategies.

- Make gratitude intentional and routine. Make it a goal each day to go out and catch people doing the “right thing”, and then let them know how much you appreciate it, and the difference their work is making for the organization and / or customers.

13.STEWARDSHIP :Servant leaders do this with a mindful consideration of the individuals involved and how these objectives are achieved. Stewardship demonstrates that we are not only careful with our resources but we are careful with the individuals entrusted to our care
14.TRUSTWORTHINESS : Trustworthiness and Servant LeadershipHaving this trait means another person can place their trust in you and feel secure. Trustworthy people are honest, keep their promises, and value loyalty to others. You prove your trustworthiness by accepting responsibility and meeting expectations.
